coop is one
idiotic shop. who holds people salary more then 15days. Firstly they make you wait for a week, then they tell you they can spell your name wrongly. Clap clap so great! Spell name also can make an error, no document for them to check the spelling of the name so smart.
Brilliant people seating up there till there brain freeze and cant remember alphabets. Cant they just leave the name blank and let the employee put his/her own name. Since there's documents to be signed after collecting the cheque? The first pay
which is a small amount to them, they never spell wrong, the second pay and spelling of the name was wrong, so you have to wait in fact more then 2 weeks.

-All salaries must be paid within seven days after the end of the salary period: The only exception is for payment for overtime work, which must be paid within 14 days after the salary period ends.
-Salary should be paid on a working day and during working hours at the place of work or at any other place agreed to between the employer and the employee. It may also be paid into an employee's personal/joint bank account.
-If the employee terminates the contract by resigning and has served the required notice period, the employer must pay the employee all due salary on the last day of employment.
-If the employee terminates the contract by leaving employment without notice or without serving the required notice period, the employee's salary should be paid to him/her within seven days of the last day of employment.
