This days having sore throat is my worse night mare. Normally the initial symptons are sore throat, den flu, den fever and den cough. This would take 3 to 4 days for me to heal and recover. Throat pain is grrrrr irritating.
Bought some nin jiom, herbal candy for throat smoothing purposes. However it doesnt seem effective enough. Lucky there was this strespils pain relieve candy given by my AM. It's much more effective in stopping the pain.
Fluid is also important too, to reduce body heaty ness, rest and eating healthily. Let's hope this sore throat stuff dont ever come back to find me. It's disastrous as i took 2 days off from work.
Lastly , gotta thanks darling for coming down just to pass me the strepsils. BIG THANK YOU. It's really nice to receive aid in situation like this. Ho Ho , off to rest man =]
