surprisingly pay pal now has been outsourced to the Chinese? I'm not really sure if it's true.
But from the accent it does sounds like. But one impressive thing is their English pronunciation is pretty accurate and they can understand you to a certain extend pretty well.

seems like everything is catching up instantly.. tsk tsk
